Family Support Information

God light shine on us.

We grow in love, learning and kindness to bless others.

At St Patrick’s, we understand that family life can sometimes be challenging, and we’re here to help. Mrs Ali, our Family Support Worker, is available to support both parents and children with a wide range of issues that may impact home life or learning.

Mrs Ali offers support on everyday family matters, including:

· Sleep and bedtime routines

· Family changes such as bereavement or separation

· Emotional wellbeing and behaviour

· Building confidence and self-esteem

She can also signpost families to other local services or organisations for additional support.

Mrs Ali works closely with children across all year groups. She creates a safe space for pupils to talk about anything that might be on their minds — from friendship worries to changes at home, or even just stories about their pets!

She encourages children to talk openly and seek help from a trusted adult when they need it. Together, they explore ways to solve problems and build emotional resilience.

If you would like to speak to Mrs Ali or find out more about the support available, please contact the school office and a member of staff will be happy to help.

Please see the sub-sections for advice, links, and contact details of helpful organisations.
